These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiffinwala platform — including our mobile app and website — operated by Tiffinwala ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Tiffinwala, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tiffinwala. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. User Roles

a) Users (Customers)

  • Browse tiffin providers, view menus, and place orders.
  • Manage subscriptions and delivery preferences.
  • Rate and review tiffin providers.

b) Providers

  • Create and manage tiffin menus, pricing, and availability.
  • Accept or reject orders based on capacity.
  • Maintain accurate information about their services.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • Prices are set by individual providers and may vary.
  • Tiffinwala acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for food quality or delivery delays caused by providers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are set by individual providers.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Contact support for disputes related to orders or payments.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Interfere with the platform's functionality or security.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tiffinwala platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Tiffinwala and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tiffinwala is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues related to food quality, delivery, or provider conduct.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or its users.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiffinwala and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
